🍤 🥗Shrimp and Vegetable 😋 Point Fighter Approved Meals with Sheyla with mini Workout 💪🏼
🚩Ingredients:
1 cup shredded carrot
One cup red bell pepper diced one
One cup Orange bell pepper
cup white onion diced
one cup asparagus diced
1 pound shrimp
olive oil to coat
Chili powder to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Oregano, to taste
one large handful mix greens
chili lime

🚩vinaigrette dressing
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
half teaspoon chili powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

🚩Instructions:
Chop your vegetables and season with chili powder, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil
Stick in oven for 10 minutes At 400°.

🚩While vegetables are cooking prepare your Chill lime vinaigrette dressing.

🚩After vegetables are done cooking season the shrimp the same way you seasoned the vegetables and put in the oven to 5 to 7 minutes.

🚩Combine all ingredients together to your mixed greens and dressing. Enjoy! Serves 2-3 People or one Hungry Fighter 😆
