WORKOUT:
1 MIN – Jumping Jacks
1 MIN – High Knees
30 SEC REST
1 MIN – Mountain Climbers
1 MIN – Leg Raises
30 SEC REST
1 MIN – Ice Skaters
1 MIN – Low Box Jumps
30 SEC REST
1 MIN – Kick Throughs
1 MIN – Crab Walk Squat Pulses
30 SEC REST
1 MIN – Half Burpees
1 MIN – Sumo Squats

RECIPE:
Ingredients (amounts will depend on how much you eat):
Brown Rice
Quinoa
Chopped Lettuce
Salsa
Black Beans
Mashed Avocado
Lime
1/2 block Extra Firm Tofu
5 tbsp tamari
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chilli powder
Crumbled Tofu:
– In a bowl, crumble half a block of extra firm tofu. To the bowl, add tamari, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, chilli powder. Stir and let marinate for 5-10 minutes.
– Then spread evenly on a lined baking sheet and Bake at 450F for about 7-12 minutes or until tofu is your desired crispiness.
Brown Rice & Quinoa:
– Measure 1/2 cup brown rice 1/2 cup quinoa in a large pot. Add 1 3/4 cup water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover, and turn heat setting to low and allow to steam for 10-15 minutes.

  2. This video is definitely fantastic! It helps me remember of times when my spouse used Fenoboci Diet Plan to get rid of 16 pounds and enjoy being healthy again! Most people would like to lose fat, but we also need to stay healthy, and that is exactly what Fenoboci Diet Plan given.

  4. I did this workout and really loved it! Intense during a short time haha! I'm curious of how much you workout in a week and what you do. Because to me this feels like not so much for one workout (even though I wanted to die while doing it!! XD). Is this enough to do for one days workout if I want to burn some fat and get slimmer? I know it's a wide and complicated question because of our different bodies and goals but yeaahh… Have a great day<3

  5. Another awesome video Maddie. I love these. I created a playlist to order them from (relatively) "easy" to hard so that I can work on "leveling up" to get to where you are today. Also: your abs pop so much now it's amazing. It's almost like you're turning into one of those muscled fitness models. You're going to have an Adonis belt and everything (ha). Lastly: I think your fans would go nuts if you made a video that's just you dancing. I know you often say you're rusty but your moves are still beautiful regardless. I know that when I'm doing workout DVDs and the instructors are not really getting tired(because they probably edit it out) I am just like what the heck!     How old are you? I'll be 21 in a few weeks but I feel like an old lady 😥 I watch these workout vids as inspiration to get up and move but I'm in pain all the time. My accomplishments of the day so far were washing dishes and playing with my cats.
