Started doing these workouts almost a year ago.Been doing it for 3 months constantly and saw improvements.Then stopped doing it for 8 months.Started doing it again this week on Monday.Today is my 4th day since doing it and some running along.Gonna keep improving and not gonna give up!I already feel some improvements!^^ If you want I can keep updating you :)

  4. I was that type of person who watch workout videos while eating potato chips, but I tried to do this workout and other 5 mins workout 5 times a week for 14 days , I'm really amazed how my stomach changed, my 3 belly hump became 2 now, I wonder how my stomach will turn out after 14 days more
