Hello, I am on sugar free diet and gluten free diet also, I've been doing exercises one and a half week every day sometimes 1:30 hour with FitnessBlender and I have 67 kg and I am 163 cm and I am trying to do most of it but it's so hard :/ I am eating healthy food only water and tea (because I am sugar free) lot's of fruits and vegetables with meat but it seems like I can't loose weight?

  3. is it better to switch to another ab workout after 1 week of doing this so my muscles dont get used to it? or i can continue doing this one for a month? this is a part of my daily routine + leg/butt workout and arms 🙂 i love it
