  1. I have a question. Is it wrong to repeat a certain exercise a couple of times although the timing is different? Like my first exercise is squat, then I have lounges, then another exercises, and then squats again. Thank you in advance! :)

  2. This was a nice add on to the Kettlebell Hiit workout, as it's on the same 40/20 schedule and my legs and hips were already nicely warmed up. The only exercise I struggled with was the toe in dead lifts, which made my back hurt for some reason. Maybe I needed to drop my weight.

  3. Omg, I'm so proud of myself, I made it through all the routine (including jump squats) without stopping. This goes to show that just from 4 months of working out with Fitness Blender my strength and stamina is the best it's ever been.

  4. I've been doing this workout and a few other of the thigh/butt workouts plus cardio and other toning workouts from you guys for about a month and a half, and I am already seeing results. My legs are much stronger, and my thighs are tightening up! I am definitely seeing less cellulite if any at all now on my butt and thighs! Thank you so much for these videos! You guys are awesome!

  6. I am out of shape by about 27 lbs, I already lost 22 but whenever I do squats my knees hurt really bad.. I swear I'm following the form correctly. I've been practicing for a while. maybe it's just how out of shape I am right now?..

  7. Thanks for a great workout! Told my husband about your channel and that I needed him to do it with me for motivation he said sure but I don't think it's going to do anything for me . After we were both fully drenched breathing hard I laughed at him as he was saying this lady is crazy her work out kicked my butt! Lol as he was leaving to work hurting this morning he let me know I needed to look for our workout for tonight on the road to healthy lifestyle

  9. Normally i do the longer workouts, but today there is no time, so I did this. It was pretty nice, but not a hard workout 🙂

    I wanna ask a question.
    One year ago I decided to lose weight and I did!I weighed 68 kg and now I'm 45 kg.But something bad happened;my stomach skin is slack and floppy.I workout 4 days a week with 2 days active and one day compelete rest.My upper abs are nice and tight,those lower abs are perfectly tight too but theyre covered with a layar of slack skin.What can I do?are abs workouts useful??? Please answer me FB.
