  2. Update I just did this workout and omg am I out of shape! On a positive note, I was able to do it with the modifications. I had to walk it out for burpees. For someone who has difficulties due to medical reasons, it was very doable. It was pretty intense though but great full body workout! I cannot wait to see what my progress is gonna be in the weeks to come. Eventually it won't be so hard!!

  3. I haven't worked out in years due to a broken ankle and then being diagnosed with MS. Running and jumping is an issue for me personally. After watching this video, I think I could possibly do this…I will let y'all know how I do.

  4. at 316 lbs this is impossible but I like the idea. I am starting a fitness program myself having failed at all my tries using equipment and trainers. What I do is lay down on my mat and go through the motions with my arms and legs without being raised up. It seems to work pretty well.

    I will comment the result after 10 days of the exercise ..BTW I am 13 about to be 14 .
    my weight is 47 my height is 1.55 cm .. I'm doing this to get flat body I'm more skinny not that fit but the result will be commented the next 10 days if I forgot someone please reply anything and I will notice it❤

  6. An amazing workout – thanks so much!!  I haven't exercised for ages due to injuries to both my ankles and right  knee. Hopefully I'll be able to get through it without too much strain. I'll let you know how I do!!!

  7. Amazing! I didn't think 10-20 min workout could be so effective. Been doing it for a week now and I'm already doing better on the push-ups! I feel great…for all you new ppl keep it up it gets easier I promise
