Dose this work I started this morning and I loved doing these exercises I thought they were super fun would you have to eat healthy to see the results or can you eat what you want but cut out sweets this is what I've done but hopefully I will get a reply so I know what to do for when I next do this exercise which would be tonight because I have been doing this twice a day but after my evening meal I have been going for a half an hour run which really help burn them extra calories

I’m 12 but not exactly the skinniest and I was watching one of my favorite YouTubers and it motivated me to start working out (mind yourself this was just today 😂) but now I’ve been sitting here for two hours just watching your videos working out and I have a playlist. Probably not healthy but whatever ❤️🤣
