  1. Do you have any tips to increase pull-ups? I've always liked to include them in back workouts and I even did a 3 month strictly pull-up and push-up regimen. The regimen worked awesome for my push-ups but did basically nothing for my pull-ups. In theory I should be great at them, I'm 5'8 and 160 pounds lean

  2. yeah, I just fucked up my calves when I did legs of phase 1, so now I will not be able to work legs again for a while, neither practice martial arts, my muscles and tendon are really injured and I can barely walk. Of course that was my fault cuz I used too much weight and did in a really bad way the exercise, but even though, your program is a great thing :3

Hi @buff dudes @buffdudes ive started 12 week workout plan im in week 4 But ive got problem ive got a fat belly so is the program good for me or not IDont know what to do / is just feels and look the same even im in week 4 so what im i doing wrong ? Or what workout i need to do for belly fat ? Any help plz will be much appreciated
