I work full time and can only go to the gym 3 days a week , can i still use this plan

I have aquestion, i see that you put 4 reps of 12/10/8/8 so you will increase the weight in each rep ?
Do you have any tips to increase pull-ups? I've always liked to include them in back workouts and I even did a 3 month strictly pull-up and push-up regimen. The regimen worked awesome for my push-ups but did basically nothing for my pull-ups. In theory I should be great at them, I'm 5'8 and 160 pounds lean
will i be able to lose fat with this program please answer

so gym doesn't have cables to do cable crossovers .. only can do from incline or decline .. not middle …any suggestions
yeah, I just fucked up my calves when I did legs of phase 1, so now I will not be able to work legs again for a while, neither practice martial arts, my muscles and tendon are really injured and I can barely walk. Of course that was my fault cuz I used too much weight and did in a really bad way the exercise, but even though, your program is a great thing :3

The single leg rdls were hurting my back a lot am I doing something wrong
For an example, incline bench press:
15 reps – 40 kg
10 reps – 50 kg
8 reps – 60 kg
6 reps – 75-80 kg
could i start with arms it's my week pionts
2:12 Monday* Legs + Calves
6:37 Tuesday* Chest + Back
9:07 Wednesday* Shoulders + Traps
11:11 Thursday* Triceps + Biceps
13:28 Friday* Legs + Calves
today I finished my 3rd week!! yeahh!!
