NO EXCUSES ♥︎ a Full Body Workout that can do whenever and wherever you like. You don’t need any equipment or weights!! Targets the muscles of your whole body and gives you a QUICK SWEAT!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.
There are two 1min rests in between. Ff you need to pause longer – feel free to do so. If you don’t need a break – skip them!

  2. She does most of the exercises wrong and doesn't even bother to explain the structure and how to do them correctly. Probably because she doesn't know how to and that makes this video so unmotivating.

  3. Just did this workout for the first time and I have never felt more out of shape in my life! Here is to picking up workouts again after a solid year and a half! Hopefully I stick with it!!

  4. i’m doing my research but i want to know so bodyweight workouts at home is enough to lose fat of course + eating clean but i mean i prefer workouts out at home than the gym so does it really help to lose weight and tone ?
