  1. these complete beginner workouts are perfect. I've tried the 30 day beginner a few times but it always ends up being to much, but these are hard enough to work up a good sweat but not so hard that I'm dreading it or give up half way. So I will be doing these every day and then hopefully but the 1st of December I'll be fit enough to start the 30 Day Beginner :)

    i wanted to ask for a new beginner series if possible. tried few advanced ones but they leave me feeling literally ill, and i really would love some new routine rather than repeating old one for the third time. thank you either way!
