  1. Wow this is brutal at 6am before work but it's Friday n I'm ready for my day after shower!! Great work guys really love that you both do different levels as my core is strong but have had knee reconstruction and it's not always happy with impact so I can chose modifications.

  2. Hey coach! when should I do any of your workouts, morning/evening , before eating food/ after eating food ( how much time after that) for best results?
