    Can I workout 1/2 hours before Iftar????
    I would gladly workout after iftar but my gym membership time goes from 8 am till 5.30 pm so I literally canโ€™t go there at any other time at night. And honestly Iโ€™m busy studying after iftar so I canโ€™t just go for a run .
    Need ur help๐Ÿ˜ญโค๏ธ

  3. Today was the first day of Ramadan and I'm so proud of myself lol u know y? Cuz I ate in portion and I didn't binge on oily fried foods or sugary drinks instead I ate alots of fruits drank alots of water which made me full I walked 10,000 in a day I did some home chores I did cardio 20min and I did light workouts for belly fat like plank, mountain climbers, side planks, bicycle crunches etc

  5. As far i know u r the only one who provided free acess to real meal and workout plans. Usually i see tricky things with others. Thsnk u so much , i appreciate. I m gonna follow ur meal nd workout plan. I m 185lbs currently.
