  1. I'm a highly active person, but I cannot lose my gut. It's about 13 pounds on my mid section. I do landscaping, and I sweat and breath heavy for about 8 hours a day. My diet is clean and good.

    I really hope this works.

  2. Autumn is the a variation to the one leg raise sit up? I am strengthening my core after a herniation injury and I'm close but it's really a challenge. Your workouts are wonderful. Makes me more comfortable going to the gym. ????

  3. Hey Autumn, I LOVE the 21 DFX! this is the first program that has actually helped me in my journey, that being said is there anyway I can get electronic copies of the workout DVD's? My DVD's have been used so much that I've worn them out I think, they just don't want to work anymore.

  4. hey Autumn I am finally sick of my "fat" body I really want to be a size 9 again right now I am a 16. Which one or two of your workout videos do you recommend? Just started doing some cardio workout and have done 5 out of 7 days so far. Hoping you can recommend something great!!

  5. I need a core workout, like this, that isn't necessarily going to replace anything, but add it. I plan to do this every morning before I shower and go to work, and I we keep doing my daily workout routines as well.

This is the most easiest work out I've ever done because you chop it up so the work out is not to hard nor a waste of time its just right ! and today is my first day and I am honestly sweating ! i feel lighter I also can tell I'm burning the calories off so thanks autumn !   7. I watched your video, I have a very large stomach, and I don't know if I can even do these. I told you I weigh 183 lbs. and am only 4' 11" . my body has been through wars of surgeries. please find a way to help me get into shape. I'm on a fixed income I don't have extra money for anything. if you are a person who believes in GOD ! please pray and ask him how you might help me and let me know….thank you so much AUTUMN !

  8. Would this 21 days straight do u need a rest and recuperation day. Are there certain meals to go along with it. And is it once a day for 21 days. What happens if u miss a day do u do double the next day. 

  9. Amazing workout Autumn 🙂 I have 4 young kids and have been trying everything to get the firm tight tummy I used to have back. I really felt this right away and plan on adding it as part of my regular workout.
