30 Day Fat Burn Workout Plan: Week 2- BeFiT Bootcamp is a new 30 day fitness plan system that features weekly training guides that take you through a day by day workout plan using a unique, high-intensity cardio program that torches calories and tones muscle with a mix of cardio exercise and strength training moves. These effective, 10-minute routines are designed to burn fat, shed pounds, build endurance and work all major muscle groups for lean and sexy results. This week, be sure to track your reps and do your best as you build strength and slim the waistline with each result-driven move. As you grow stronger, consider challenging yourself by minimizing rest periods, adding additional pre-workout cardio exercise, and bumping up the weight on your hand weights. Week 2 will burn mega calories, challenge the abs, arms & core, and sculpt a strong & sexy lower half as it consists of 6 workouts and 2 rest days (one of which requires your to stay active.) You will need a set of light dumbbells, a Yoga mat, a towel and bottle of water to complete this series. Modify to adjust difficulty level by adding or removing weight and adjusting rest periods.   1. I'm on my 2nd week. And congrats to me!!! I'm already seeing results and my old jeans are starting to fit.
    I have been trying to lose weight for 2 years and had tried several workout programs. I wasn't satisfied with any of it. But theses short Befit workouts are killers. I feel strong, proud and sexy!

I'm confused, it says in the video that on tuesday i have to do the lowerbody interval routine, but i get directed to te legs and butt shaper workout which i already did last wednesday (i'm reading ahead now, so i can plan my week 😉 ). Is this correct? Or should i've been directed to a different page? And if so, can you give me the link to that page? Lots of love! Froukje
