30 Day Workout Plan: Cardio Week 3- Instagrammer’s Choice is the third week’s workout plan from the new 30 day fitness system that features weekly training guides programmed by some of our ferociously fit friends from Instagram using their favorite, result-driven BeFit workouts that take you through a day by day workout plan that focuses on Yoga and cardio conditioning modalities to strengthen your core, increase flexibility and boost weight loss potential. These effective weekly routines combine high intensity cardio, plyometric exercise, strength moves and tabata training to boost the metabolism, burn unwanted calories and target all major muscle groups tone the body from head to toe! Build muscle, burn fat, enhance endurance and boost energy levels as you shred the arms, legs, abs, chest, shoulders, back and butt each day. Tune in every Thursday to follow your Expert Fitness Coach, Courtney Prather through your 7 day weekly workout plan that is custom made to deliver maximum results fast. Week 3 was curated by Master Sports Nutritionist and Influential Fitness Fanatic, Natalie Jill. Consider creating a playlist each week to include the featured workouts. Joining you on your Bootcamp missions is hilarious YouTube Star, Nikki Limo, who will be uploading fun and inspirational workout Vlogs every Thursday that will detail her experience as she goes through the workout program. Week 3 will engage the abs & core and challenge all of the major muscles of the body as you melt off extra pounds, improving agility and uncovering lean definition. This week will speed up your metabolism and push the limits as it includes 6 workouts from the Popular “BeFiT in 30 Extreme”, “BeFiT in 90” and “30 Day Butt Lift” fitness series, and only 1 rest day to incinerate fat and deliver full-body results! You will need a set of light dumbbells, a Yoga mat, a towel and bottle of water to complete this series. Modify to adjust difficulty level by adding or removing weight and adjusting rest periods.
