  1. Just finished day 1. going to have a pb&j with milk and a glass of water. I'm going to hit the bed early today and go jogging in the morning. Not just going to rely on this. Tell you guys from a month from now how it goes!

  2. I'm doing this starting today! I'm 5'4 131lbs and 14.5 years old. I lost 25 pounds from February to July of 2016. And now aiming for a six pack. I'm doing each day twice. And I encourage all of you to continue to do the exercise and not rest for the thirty seconds. For thanksgiving work hard! Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday burning 1,000 calories and today Sunday burning 500. So that for thanksgiving Thursday-Sunday my three dinners will only gain me back up to 130-131 and finally rest. That's my plan it may seem harsh and tiring which it is, but hard work!

  3. I'm a 60 year old female and have completed day 1-3 so far. I've always had a problem with my midsection and have not found anything that would work for me. I'm excited to say that though I'm nowhere near a 6 pack, I am noticing some subtle changes. Looking forward to completing the entire program. Day 4 starts tomorrow!

  5. so ive been doing just these videos for each day and a total abs chart. im only 2 days into it and my abs are REALLY sore so i know something must be working.
