  5. I actually discovered about the diet program “lyly amazing guide” (Google it) by means of googling around for info in the weight-loss sites. In just a very number of days I shed an fabulous 12 plus lbs. It is the best weight loss program I’ve actually seen and it sure works for me.

  8. So glad I found this a couple weeks ago, so much more fun and a better workout than the stuff I had been doing before. In the last 35 days or so of doing Zumba in general I've almost made it back to my pre pregnancy weight of 134, I'm about 135lbs now and had been at 150lbs when I started. I'm hoping to get down to between 125 and 130.

  10. Oh boy I just finished the routine and I am sweating like crazy! It gets hard for me to finish near the end… have to take lots of breaks. Hoping one day I can finish it without taking breaks.
