OMG! This workout kicked me in the ass. BUT… don’t let that deter you. It’s a great workout. I just apparently was really wimpy the of filming.
Tools needed: pair of moderate dumbbells
1. Hang clean
2. Front squat
3. Push-up to renegade row 😳
4. Curl to press
Start with 12 reps, go thru circuit. Next set 11 reps, and keep laddering down your reps until to one.
