  2. That pushup and rotate is what almost killed me. I tried to keep my arms steady but I kept wobbling and falling over. I only got that far. I'm going to go farther tomorrow and I pray that I can exercise my lungs back to normal, damn asthma.

My sister and I made it through this video and I liked it… But what I don't like is how fitness trainers like yourself can't even take out the time to tell your viewers how many calories we've burned…. Obviously we're tracking our weight and it would be nice if you actually took the time out your day to actually talk to the people working hard to get fit… Just saying…. it would be nice…

  4. O….M…G!!! Am I still alive????? My heart rate increased so much, sweat pouring, THE BURN JUST GOT REAL! Lol I absolutely love this video! I lasted 19minutes. Gave up and then went to shower lol. I plan on doing this workout often because I know I will see results! WOOOOO HOOOOOO…SUMMER BODY BABY!

  5. So proud of myself almost gave up but pushed myself through it. Been doing workouts but only easy ones. I'm going to step it up and work with harder workouts. This was a great workout feel soo amazing and accomplished. Maybe going to this this workout more now. Thank you sooo much helped a lot. ????????
