  1. She literally didn't sweat through the whole thing . She is very strong as a women and has really good stamina and cardio . I am so proud of myself for getting through this she pushed me and i did it . Whooooooo!😄

  2. This workout was just too fast for me. I do a lot of PopSugar workouts and I just thought this one was for the really advanced exercisers. The instructor kept stopping her exercising to talk and I kind of wanted her to suffer with me. I just did not enjoy this one.

  3. I really made it! I thought that the first minutes were unbearable, but I MADE IT! I am so happy that I finished this workout. I feel even happier and more relaxed after all these exercises) The result worths all challenges

  4. great workout. normally I can get distracted but there was no chance of dropping out of this one thanks to the energising instructor

  5. Great workout but because it's advanced for most and goes very quickly, the cues need to be improved with correct terminology. I run bootcamps and classes and even I had some difficulty because of the pace and lack of proper cues..
