(I weight 134 pounds and am 5,1 So I am overweight for my height)
My goal is to get to 115 lbs.I love this video and I tend to do it at least 3-2 times a week and eat healthier.I can't wait to see those drastic results.

If I just do this about 5 times a week, once a day, plus some butt workout (like 5 minute butt and thigh workout), will I be able to loss some wight (fat) and get a bigger butt? Is there anybody get a good result by only doing this?
