4 minute HIIT workout with beginner/no impact variation | Quick High Intensity Workout



My name’s Elizabeth, I’m a certified personal trainer, and I am all about making big results from tiny changes. This week we are trying out HIIT – and you can start with just 20 seconds of work! I include lots of options beyond jumping jacks, like a zero impact modification as well as how to do cardio like this if you have a shoulder injury.
