  1. Thanks a lot for this video, Jessica! (: Is there an alternative to barbells? Something I can use at home. Right now, I cannot afford buying a barbell. I know you said we can use bodyweight and dumbbells, but mine are not heavy enough, and I would like to add some extra weight. Furthermore, where can I get those pants?

Your form is astoundingly bad.  Viewers, please don't use these videos as an example of how to correctly perform the exercises.  For example, to perform a proper squat, the bar needs to be lower on the back so it is resting on muscle with the hands nearly over the bar, no pressure on the wrist; all the weight of the bar should be on her back muscles, none on her arms/wrists.  She is also hyperextending her back; her back should be more neutral during the exercise.

  3. deadlift is not recommended for beginners, Mornings?..you really are promoting ladies to hurt themselves. remember , you have a responsibility to the many, not just hyper promoting yourself.
