Does bending the knees so much on the dead lift target the glutes more??? I've never bent my knees to that degree for deadlifts

I know you said we can use bodyweight and dumbbells, but mine are not heavy enough, and I would like to add some extra weight. Furthermore, where can I get those pants?
when i do the morning ones and dead lifts my lower back hurts , what am i doing wrong?
Your form is astoundingly bad. Viewers, please don't use these videos as an example of how to correctly perform the exercises. For example, to perform a proper squat, the bar needs to be lower on the back so it is resting on muscle with the hands nearly over the bar, no pressure on the wrist; all the weight of the bar should be on her back muscles, none on her arms/wrists. She is also hyperextending her back; her back should be more neutral during the exercise.
how many sets of how many reps
Ive never used the barbell befire hiw many reps should i do for each each exercise ?
deadlift is not recommended for beginners, Mornings?..you really are promoting ladies to hurt themselves. remember , you have a responsibility to the many, not just hyper promoting yourself.
