  2. i love how she makes it convenient for all the couch potatoes… like when she couldn’t touch the mat and when she couldn’t do push-ups, she gave us alternatives to make sure everyone didn’t give up and say, “oh, I can’t do push-ups I’m not going to do this.” I love the fact that it’s spoken in English too which makes it even more convenient for the international wishtrenders. I’m glad wishtrend continued on with the fitness side of this channel bc I can only trust u guys over anyone else, lol.

    but Why she don't do all the sets?
    I was moving with the video in last season and I wasn't feel tired because of notes through the moves
    Please Wishtrend do all the sets

    What I loved about the first season was that I could follow the whole workout in front of the TV on my fitness mat 80's style. I would love to do every set together with Chloe and get up and shape up✨

  5. my legs are pretty stubborn while my upper body is quite slim, what kind of exercise and stretches are most effective for slimming down and toning legs while not building muscle in that area? im so scared of doing too many leg exercises in case of growing them bigger instead of making them smaller. however, my legs don’t change that much from what I am doing right now

  6. Is it okay if I take a 2 second break between each rep of the first exercise? After months of not exercising I'm trying to get back to it again but I'm finding the first exercise quite challenging.

  7. I prefer a compleet follow along exercise video. Because now i have tot pauze it every time, and i don't really understand what a set of the first exercise is and how long you should hold the plank position. Other than that, great video can't wait for the rest of the season! And those those meals will be really helpful.
