  3. BIG BODY EXERCISE PLEASE! I am 45 and currently at 277 lbs. In the last 3 months I have lost about 30 lbs from walking everyday however I had to see a foot and ankle surgeon because of debilitating pain and he said the years of being over weight has caused damage to my joints and he wants me to focus on floor exercises that that don't cause strain to the feet and ankles till I get more weight off. The problem for me is that my body is very large and its nearly impossible to do a basic crunch let alone some other moves and it seems that all the exercise vids out there are done by people with fit tone bodies who can do the moves. Would you please please do a video that shows alternative exercises for those of us who are still out of shape so that we can get the most benefit out of our workouts without hurting ourselves and achieve good results. Thanks

    However, it would be great if you include approximately HOW MANY CALORIES we burn doing these workouts .
    Not just here but in ALL of your workout videos. I think that particular info is the only one that's missing. Please note that not all of us own activity trackers.
