  2. Best 7 minute vid so far. It's supposed to be scientifically proven to be equivalent to 30 minute moderate exercise. Not sure about that but you do this exercise twice in a row, at some point when you can manage 2 rounds, you definitely feel it is doing something. Love it. For all those who are looking for an excuse not to train here you go. Only 7 min:-)

  3. I started yesterday with this routine: 1hour walking + this workout twice a day + proper diet. I'm 1'78m and 84kg. Let's see if this works for me!
    EDIT: 84kg not 83.

  4. IS THIS 7 MINUTES OR 9?! It was so brutal on me? I know I shouldn't be doing this for

    A.) I am REALLY sick ( I shouldn't even be moving )


    B.) I'm athsmatic and my lungs have been shrinking up lately.

  6. Terrible video: no announcing next exercise, no saying midtime, too big breaks, missing left side plank. Do not use it for the workout, which itself is great.
