I lost 50lbs using the 7 min workout. Im at 6 cycles per workout. I also started jogging & eating right. Download the app from iTunes. It works! (Don't cheat….yourself tho)
can i take more than 7 minutes if im not fit enough to complete it in 7 minutes? what if im not able to finish the entire 7 minutes

Best 7 minute vid so far. It's supposed to be scientifically proven to be equivalent to 30 minute moderate exercise. Not sure about that but you do this exercise twice in a row, at some point when you can manage 2 rounds, you definitely feel it is doing something. Love it. For all those who are looking for an excuse not to train here you go. Only 7 min:-)
I started yesterday with this routine: 1hour walking + this workout twice a day + proper diet. I'm 1'78m and 84kg. Let's see if this works for me!

A.) I am REALLY sick ( I shouldn't even be moving )

B.) I'm athsmatic and my lungs have been shrinking up lately.

Terrible video: no announcing next exercise, no saying midtime, too big breaks, missing left side plank. Do not use it for the workout, which itself is great.
Thing is, the push-ups kill you and your not even tired but right at the end, they had to put push-ups WITH ROTATIONS!
