  1. January has practically passed and I haven't been to the gym. Are there 8 X11 cards for each exercise to illustrate the beginning and ending pose, for those of us that need pictures? I can't see how this will be effective if the video is too fast and I don't want to be pausing the video on my little cell phone at the gym.
