8 Min Abs Workout how to have six pack has been designed to specifically work on the abdominal muscles and have perfect 6 packs.

  1. I train these übüng day 6x times whenever I from school I'll start at 16 o'clock until 22 o'clock every hour and have to 1 Midweek already a stark Sixpack very good program ! You just have to want to … and you manage quite quickly .

  2. A few things that worked for me.
    Regarding the neck pain, after a week it is hurting less and less. Warm up your neck muscles before doing this exercise(abs too).
    The fourth exercise(the one where you raise your legs), you should not let your legs fall completely on the ground(as this eases tension from ur ab muscles and you dont want that), rather before touching the ground, raise them up.
    I have done this over 1 week and I am starting to see some results. I will be posting the final results after I have done 1 month of this(p.s I do this every other day to rest my muscles).

  5. I run for 40 mins per day and do this workout, I only have a little bit of fat left to burn, I can see my abs but they are very faint, does anybody know how long it will take me to burn this last bit of fat??
