This video is an 8 week challenge vlog 2020. It is showing you week 7 of my 8 week body transformation challenge. In this weeks healthy vlog, I talk about why I am not weighing myself anymore, a lack of motivation, a new fitness challenge for after this current 8 week challenge, my meals for the week, my new healthy breakfast obsession, I show you one of my fat burning workouts, and show you a healthy choc chip cookies recipe made with chickpeas. I am showing you my healthy weight loss vlog 7 2020. I hope you enjoy watching my health journey vlog 7. Healthy Choc Chip Cookie Recipe:
400g Chickpeas
1/4 Cup of Peanut Butter
Tablespoon of Rice Malt Syrup
2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
Teaspoon of Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons of Spelt Flour
95% Dark Chocolate

Preheat Oven to 180 Degrees

1. Combine all ingredients, except the dark chocolate, in blender to a dough consistency
2. Roughly chop up the dark chocolate and fold into mixture
3. Wet hands and roll mixture into balls, flatten with a spoon
4. Bake for 12-13 minutes

  1. I've stopped weighing myself a few years ago because it definitely did me more harm than good. I've been obsessed with oatmeal/porridge these days too haha!

  2. The Hello Fresh foods look amazing!!! I'm not creative when it comes to cooking at all, so I would love that!! We went through an egg obsession for breakfast a while back😅I would have never in my life thought to make choc chip cookies with chickpeas!!! It sounds interesting I will have to try it !! We will try the porridge!! you convinced us!!

  3. overnight oats is great too if you ever wanna switch it up to a cold version of porridge! rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds as the base. i add some frozen fruit and maybe some peanut or almond butter to top it off
