A Quarantined Friday (Vegan Meals, Upper Body Workout, and Ginger Shots)πŸ’ͺ🌿

Thanks for joining me for this quarantined Friday! Hope you are enjoying the extra uploads since I have lots more free time πŸ™‚
We’ll make some food, roll around on the floor, and indulge in some amazing chocolate muffins.

Circuit 1: Down Dog Dives – Plank Shoulder Taps – Dish and Tuck
Circuit 2: Tricep Push Ups – Little Handstand Tucks – Tricep Dips
Repeat each circuit three times.

Morning Glory Muffins:
Chocolate Banana Muffins (not my recipe but WOW): — hot tip, I cut one in half and heated it up the next day and topped it with a scoop of coconut whip!!!
