  1. Ugh, this is worth it, but it hurts like hell. I only got to about the 3 1/2 mark when it came to the planks. Now, if I'm not mistaken, this is three times a week, correct?

  2. Im 13 and kinda want to exercise more bc everyone else I know is really fit and strong. If I do this like 2 times per day for like a month, do you think I will be stronger in the end of the month? Really want to get fit..

  5. Older lady here…Even though most of the rest of me is fit, my core strength is lacking. I was able to get through your exercises once but the burn is in my arms, not abs. Am I doing something wrong?
