Ugh, this is worth it, but it hurts like hell. I only got to about the 3 1/2 mark when it came to the planks. Now, if I'm not mistaken, this is three times a week, correct?

Good exercises here. Focus on posture to ensure they are really feeling it in their core and not anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

Hey 🙂 I have a question. I'm feeling this on my arms, but not on my abdomen. Is there something wrong I'm doing that puts the weight all in the arms? If so, how could I improve my position to train my abdomen?

Older lady here…Even though most of the rest of me is fit, my core strength is lacking. I was able to get through your exercises once but the burn is in my arms, not abs. Am I doing something wrong?
How many days were you exercise for you notice a difference? It is my first day I hope to have effect after one week.

I didn't feel any of this in my abs at all. I am only feeling it in my arms and legs. My entire body shook trying to do the plank and only felt it in my arms.
