  1. Really great routine! I’ve been training abs every day with 1-2 exercises and have noticed a huge difference. If I have one day dedicated to abs, I usually dread it or skip it. But doing a little every day has been way more sustainable for me. Awesome video! πŸ’œπŸ’œ
