I dare anyone who thinks that sweating and lifting heavy weights are unladylike to try and match me squat for squat on leg day. Bodyweight squats in your living room were a good start when you were a beginner, but to get gorgeous, seriously strong gams, you have to get under some serious weight.

This is very vague, it's a super set but it doesn't specify when to rest. Should I do lounges then back squat and rest, or do all back squat then all back lounges without resting and then rest? Horrible explanation

My gym doesn't have the ankle straps for the kickbacks. Any tips? They only have the hand ones and I heard you can bruise your ankle using those :(
