  1. Could you do or do you have a workout for people with pinched nerves in neck? I'm a drummer and now have to undo years of bad posture and weak shoulders!

  2. Just learned my lesson, pulled a muscle because I had just done a lower body workout and didn't do an upper body warm up before moving into this. Will stretch and try again tomorrow!

  3. So I need help. I have a bit of a "fat hump" on the base of my neck, and it's annoying. I've lost some weight so it's not as big, but I can still grab at it. Will this routine help get rid of it or will it make my back muscles grow and make it look even worse?

  4. Is it okay that the muscles between my back and shoulder area feels tense when I do the Reverse Fly? I'm wondering because I don't want to be damaging or straining the muscle.

  5. I've been doing this workout and a few other of the arm workouts
    plus cardio and other toning workouts from you guys for about a month
    and a half, and I am already seeing results. My arms are much stronger, and they are starting to get defined. When I first started, I was mostly using 5lbs. I have now progressed to 10lbs and above!

    Reference for those who need it: Female, 24 years, 5'3", 132 pounds, pear-shaped.

I always followed your videos everyday then I lost motivation, took a break and before I knew it I stopped working out for 3 months, I gained weight the thing is I need motivation can you guys help me with that please??? On the bright side i'm getting back into the routine but I lose motivation half way through the workout 🙁 PLEASE HELP ME FITNESSBLENDER
