This back and arms workout for women includes 5 moves that will help you get toned arms & sculpted back. This upper body workout for women is a tank top arms workout and a back fat workout rolled into one. When it comes to doing a womens arms and back workout, the best route is to do exercises that do both at the same time.
This upper body workout does just that. You’ll do each of these back and arms exercises for 10-15 reps before moving on to the next exercise. If you are a beginner you can shoot for 1-2 rounds of this arms and back workout. If you are more advanced try for 3-4 total rounds of this upper body workout to lose back and arm fat.
