Here is a back and biceps workout for women that you can do in the gym. I did this workout this weekend after being sick with the flu for a couple of weeks, so I was just getting back into the swing of things. I switch up my back and biceps workout all of the time, like I do with all of my workouts, in order to keep the body guessing. These are some of my favorite workouts for back and biceps.
