IN THIS VIDEO I HAVE TALKED ABOUT BASIC CHEST WORKOUT AT HOME. THIS IS GOING TO BE THE FIRST VIDEO OF MY ‘ HOME WORKOUT SERIES’. IF YOU WANNA LOOK MUSCULAR AND FIT WITH OR WITHOUT T SHIRT IT NECESSARY TO HAVE A GOOD CHEST.

WORKOUT PLAN:

1) DECLINE PUSH UPS: 10-12 REPS (3 Sets)
2) REGULAR PUSH UPS: 10 -12 REPS (3 Sets)
3) INCLINE PUSH UPS: 12-15 REPS (3 Sets)
4) DUMBBELL FLY: 12-15 REPS (3 Sets)
5) BAR DIPS: 6-8 REPS (3 Sets)
