5 Basic shoulder exercise which you all can do with dumbbells at home or at the gym so check this out :
These are the Basic exercises for your Sexy ,shapely and tonned shoulders :

1 Dumbbell Front raise 4 sets of 15 reps
2 Side raise or Dumbbell lateral raise (4 sets of 15 reps )
2 Dumbbell shoulder press ( 4 sets again)
4 Bicep curl with arnold press ( 4 sets again )
5 Shrugs (4 sets of 15 reps)
