I am doing a lean bulk program for 18 weeks to see how much muscle I can gain by then. I started February 18th and I will be ending June 24th. At the end I will be doing a photo shoot and seeing how far I have come. I started vlogging this a couple of weeks into the program but I started at 195 lbs. Hope you guys enjoy the journey.
