Hey Hey Hey! Peak Week is here….well technically at the point you are seeing this, it’s technically almost over. In this video I share with you my plan for peak week including what I will do as far as my diet and training and how it’s different from the last time I went through peak week. I also take you with me to the grocery store shopping for my meals which includes you guessed it….Beans, Greens, Potatoes, & Tomatoes.
