BEGINNER Chest Workout



Hey, guys!
Let’s work some chest today!
I know it’s not always common for ladies to work chest, but I personally incorporate it into my routine at least once a week. I think it’s SO important to work on all muscle groups because strengthening one area helps to strengthen all other areas.

Keep in mind that the foundation of reaching your fitness goals is fueling your body with the correct nutrients. Be CONSISTENT with your workouts and eating right, and you will have no trouble achieving your goals.

BEGINNER CHEST WORKOUT:
1) Bench Press: 2 warm up sets of 15-20 reps, 4 working sets of 12 reps
2) Incline Dumbbell Press: 4×12
3) Incline Dumbbell Squeeze Press: 4×12
4) Cable Crossovers: 4×12

  3. Men can do this too right, i been using gym machines for chest press, is it better to be using free weights like u are here? Thanks, your the best channel for exercise i have found yet.
