Do this workout 3 times weekly, together with cardio (swimming, jogging, walking, cycling, walking up the stairs etc), 3 times weekly for 30-45mins for best result.

I remember one time when I was 12 or something we had to run across the gym, when we got to the middle of the gym we had to do 2 push ups, then at the end of the gym we had to do 3 burpees then run all the wy back to where we started. I hated it :I

Stating 28.9.2016. Never exercise or anything.. I am really heavy but I am trying to keep up. Just finished 2 sets and later I will do another 2 this evening. Wish me luck ^^
