  1. Do you have anything for the inside of the thigh? I do squats and the fronts and outer side of my thighs are pretty good, but the top inside of my thigh has a little pocket that I just can't shift, if that's normal then I can live with it, but it is the only thing stopping me having a thigh gap so if I can get rid of it that would be nice? Great video, have been looking for a nice arm routine for a while now so thanks for making this. xxx
