perpendicular twist press

Doubleset 2
Barbell wide grip front hand chest press
back hand chest press

Doubleset 3
one sided chest side fly
one sided upper cut pulls

Doubleset 4
overhead chest pulls
uppercut chest pulls (both this time)

Weighted chest pulls on matt!
