After a workout I always make sure to eat something so that I can build lean muscle, which boosts my metabolism and helps with weight loss and burning fat. I always have a serving of protein to build my muscles, as well as high-fiber carbs to replenish my glycogen stores and aid in faster recovery, and then TONS of veggies for nutrients and healthy fat to keep me feeling full longer.
