BEST POST WORKOUT MEALS// VEGAN RECIPES



Hello!

Here are 4 of my favorite post-workout meals that are quick, easy, and tasty! The recipes are down below:

NICECREAM:
cup of greens blended with 1/2 cup soy milk
1-2 frozen bananas
few ice cubes
1 tsp maca powder
scoop of protein powder
blend and top with fruit, granola, cacao nibs, coconut (anything)

PASTA DE SNACK:
bring water to rapid boil
cook chickpea pasta for 8 minutes
slice 2 cups cherry tomatoes
slice 2 persian cucumbers
drain pasta and add veggies
1/4- 1/2 cup pesto sauce stirred in
top with garnish

CHOCOLATE MELK:
2 1/2 cup soy milk
1 tbs maca powder
2 tbs cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
salt
blend
transfer to heat and let simmer until desired heat
stir in sweeter of choice (I used agave)
blend again
top with cinnamon

FANSHI SWEET POTATO:
roast sweet potato (I used Japanese) for 45 mins
mix 2 tbs powdered PB with dash of almond milk
spread onto potato
add 1 tbs hemp hearts
1 tsp cinnamon
