  1. So, do you think eating an apple (200 grams) and 100g of greek yogurt 1 hour before my training, high intensity aerobic training, and then 150grams of tunna pos workout good snacks to get? I'm 1.66meters and weight 57kg, trying to get some muscle. I don't drink the whey protein cause my parents don't let me ;D

  3. Thanks Mr Oluwa… Your videos helps me to become more disciplined with time…What is the time window to eat before working out in the evening at 5:30 pm???If i am going to the gym in the morning at 8:00 am then at what time should i have breakfast or should i not eat???
    I am a 6'1" long and 27 years old guy with slow metabolism and have a sedentary lifestyle… I was obese 3 years back weighing 308 pounds… I reduced to 202 pounds last year…. Now I am 242 pounds with better physique than i ever had in my life…Please suggest me the time schedule for before and after workout meal…

  4. What about this..most of the time I eat like 6 pm and i start working out at 8. My meals consist potatoes, vegetables and meat, but i have never had a problem with that. I mean, I seem to have enough energy to train hard!
