This one is the tips and things i’ve tried over the years to exercise and stay in shape. I most important tips which I mention in here is being consistent with what ever you choose. For the ones you do solo enhance your workout with your favourite workout.
Gym (great for sculpting and losing fat)
Calisthenics (similar to gym but body weight and focuses on flexibility)
Running (great for exploring city and places around you)
Bike (not as impactful but still great plus sightseeing)
Walking (so much fun go with a friend)
Boxing (crazy good workout plus learn how to fight)
Indoor soccer / Volleyball team name is important !!
