In this action-packed episode of MOTRmeals, I have the pleasure of working out with WWE Hall of Famer, two-time world wrestling champion, and NCAA amateur wrestling champion Bob Backlund. At the age of 69, Bob continues to live an extremely healthy lifestyle through regular exercise and an everyday positive attitude towards life. Bob shows us the training regimen and specific exercises that he performed to reach peak athletic and fitness levels while he was the world wrestling champion. These are also the same exercises that he performs today. Bob also provides us with important insight into the mindset needed to push forward and work hard towards success.
