Bra Bulge Exercises ~ Back Fat Workout For Women

This workout is specifically designed to target that bra bulge, back fat and armpit fat areas just for women! This is often times an area that is ignored. I know I don’t work it as often as I should. So here y’all go work your upper body and that annoying bra bulge with these back fat exercises.
